You can easily come to know if a people face low self-esteem or not. Your self esteem is often subject to lot of negative and positive remarks. Some get oppressed to a great extent by others behavior and personality. Firstly, that person would always have a guilt from within which is again a form of self torture. You feel you are not fit for anything and keep punishing and underestimating yourself.
Low self esteem is a mixture of under confidence and fear of non-acceptance. These people fear about every minute detail right from committing mistakes, falling sick, upsetting others. They are constantly worried that people might avoid talking to them in case they become stern.
Fear is also enlarged by any negative past experiences which keep hindering their present. They maintain wrong assumptions and often feel isolated and left alone. You tend to damage your health by thinking that you are worth nothing. You also go by conclusions just made on the basis of meeting few people. If your close friends and family do not accept you, you feel the entire world is not going to accept you ever.
Do remember that you need not get recognition, attention, acknowledgement and acceptance everywhere. Try sharing it too and see the difference. Our behavior needs to be inculcated with rust which will help you to understand people better. Others will talk freely with you only when you try to be comfortable and honest with them. Life needs to be made more exciting rather than sulking. Be away from depression, try to be happy at every situation and most importantly be positive as that would only save you from low self esteem. You need to accept the world as it is. You cannot change everything just for your comfort. Never idolize someone to an extent where you start feeling pity for your condition. Try to be confident of your work, get influenced by positive people and look forward to this beautiful life.
