When a woman is pregnant, she has expectations of the bay to be born. Especially in the third trimester, she even starts decorating the nursery and buying toys and special things for her baby. The parents look forward to the baby and they make a whole future plan before the baby is born. However, in cases of stillbirth the parents have a lot to cope with, especially the woman.

There are physiological changes that are of sudden in nature to cope with and also emotional needs. A stillbirth is the case where the baby is born dead. Even today doctors are not able to determine why still births happen. It could be due to an internal problem in the body, but the baby is born before the trimester is over and is not alive. Whether the baby lived with you in actual terms or not, but seeing your own child dead is very hurtful and it is not a situation that anybody wants to be in.

After the stillbirth it is very common for a woman to get into a state of depression. One is mainly because her hormones are going through rapid changes and they may cause the depression and also the other reasons is that’s he is emotionally hurt irrespective of the hormones. Women will get over the phase and again look forward to pregnancies and babies irrespective of the incident of the still birth. However, this is a process a woman has to go through and it takes time to heal.
