Dairy products need to be consumed in absolutely minimum quantities and that too products made of skimmed milk. The more you add salt to any of your favorite toppings like French fries, pasta, fried or grilled chicken, the more you land in trouble. Our body just needs very little salt. Sodium is obtained in various forms and hence you cannot avoid eating all. Most people would find salt-less food less delicious. The other way would be by using herbs instead of salt which might add some flavor to your dish. Most people opt for spices that can have the same taste as salt which will just boost up their mood.
