He was the longest reigning number one player after holding the position for 237 continuous weeks. Many tennis experts and pro players have dubbed Roger as the greatest player in the history of tennis.Roger has staked claim to 16 Slam titles. This is more than any other men's player. The previous record was held by Pete Sampras, who had won 14 Slams. He also has the unique distinction of holding Slam titles on all the surfaces, namely grass, clay and hard court.
