John Cena and his girlfriend live together in California. After Cena sorted out differences with childhood sweetheart Liz, they have been known to be living together. John Cena lives in California for several reasons even though his home is in Massachusetts. The reason is that he has an active music and acting career. John Cena was born on April 23, 1977 in West Newbury of Massachusetts. He grew up there and went to college in Springfield. John Cena, right from childhood, had an all-round kind of personality.
