Best Grilling Recipes
Grilling is an all time favorite with lots of people. Some people just love the idea of cooking food on an open flame in their backyard while the whole family is down for a get together.
One can prepare a lot of dishes with grilled meat, irrespective of whether it is chicken, beef or pork. One such delicious dish is called A-1 Zesty Lemon Steak. The ingredients required for this are:
1/3 cup A1 steak sauce
1 clove minced garlic
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
1/4 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
4 beef shells of about 4-6 oz (one can also use 1” thick strip steaks
Combine steak sauce, garlic, lemon peel and pepper and then brush it onto both sides of the steak. Grill the steak over medium heat for about 15 minutes each side. While grilling, the steaks have to be turned on both sides so that each side is cooked well. The steak should be served hot from the grill.
Another delicious recipe is Barbecued Grilled Chicken. The ingredients for this recipe are:
1 small chicken
1 teaspoon salt
4 garlic cloves
1/2 lemon juiced
1/2 cup olive oil
First, the chicken should be cut into half or quarters. All the other ingredients should be mixed together. Three-fourth of this mixture should be rubbed onto the chicken, after which it should be allowed to marinate for around 2 to 4 hours. After this the chicken is ready to be grilled or barbecued.
As you grill the chicken, use the remaining marinade to baste the chicken. The chicken will take around 11 minutes on each side, and it should be ready to eat in around 25 minutes. Serve the grilled chicken with garlic sauce.
