In fact, laws relating to cyber crime are being amended ever so frequently because each time there is a new problem, a new cyber law are formulated. For instance, encroaching on other personal details is not an ethical or moral thing to do. However, people still do it. In normal cases this information will not be available to us, but due to the Internet it is easily available.
Internet theft is another and most common unethical thing that takes place. All the information and tool for communication are available on the Internet, and they can be used for a right cause or to harm someone. If we all educate ourselves on what is the right thing to do and how computer ethics differ from our everyday morals and values, then we also can make sure that we are right most of the time. For instance, in business practices sending out emails with business offers when the person did not ask for it unethical.
