Coconut is one of the most common fruits that are found in all tropical countries. It can be grown mainly in tropical areas. There are some cooler places in the world also where it is grown.
In places where it grows widely, people use it for several purposes. Like the flesh of the coconut fruit is used in cooking. The coconut water stored inside the fruit is used as a drink or drink mix. Sailors from Portugal found it in India first, and they named it coconut because the brown hair of the fruit reminded them of a witch called Coco.
