An exercise need not be necessarily in gym and it can also be in the form of alternative therapies or basic walking and jogging. It does not have to be timely but it has to be regular. By exercising you are basically training your body to listen to you. You can exercise everyday bit it is more essential to do it everyday rather than doing it at the same time everyday. Most people refrain from gyms because of the timing and schedule they have to follow. However they have to have an unconventional approach where they should exercise even when the gym is not accessible.
