Seroquel is an anti-psychotic medication which becomes complete effective after three to four weeks. Every medication is effective within two hours of taking it. A drug like Seroquel is a potent medication which dissolves very quickly in the first days of treatment.

On waking up from the blackout the patient suffers from temporary memory loss. Most doctors prescribe a low dosage of Seroquel. The dosages can be as low as 25mg per day and can increase up to 450mg or 500mg of daily dosage. The increase in dosage depends on the patient’s response to the medication.
Seroquel is also known to cause hazy vision. This can be particularly unsafe while driving and working with machines. It is important to keep a check on the side effects when it is completely effective.
