Anger can be termed as a part of emotion or type of emotion. Anger being an emotion like happiness, but is considered as bad for health. There are physical changes noted when an individual gets angry such as change in heart pulse rate, increasing or decreasing levels of adrenaline, noradrenalin and blood pressure. These symptoms may occur as per the response from brain according to situations. Anger may stimulate many problems pertaining to physical and mental consequences.

The physical expressions in anger are found to be common in humans as well as animals. The kind of responses is the same when seen in both humans and animals. The expressions that can be found commonly are body language, facial expressions, physiological reactions and sometimes outburst of aggression in public. The more aggressive expressions like making loud sounds, broader physical appearances, exposed teeth and staring are used to show anger. When an individual gets angry, it is more likely that the individual is not monitoring his/her actions, even when in public. Anger makes the person completely blind and loses control on body, expressions and behavior.

A person gets disturbed psychologically in anger and the ability to think good, bad is lost. Though, some psychologists think that anger is a mature and natural emotion necessary for survival. Due to uncontrolled anger, the social and personal well being of a person gets affected. The uncontrolled hysterics of anger in a person are considered as more harmful and may create more complications. Anger in a person can spoil the person’s social as well as personal life. It may create a sense of fear in your loved ones and in society. Some people, even your family members, may not like your presence as you may get angry at any point of time and spoil the environment. Anger is an emotion and is classified into two as aggressive and passive anger.
