Diabetes also leads to non itchy rash. This is caused due to diabetic neuropathy. People with this condition develop non-itchy blisters. These blisters occur on the back, hands, toes, arms and forearms. This non-itchy rash is usually asymptomatic. The rash looks like burn blisters, and the blisters can be of any size, big or small. This rash is usually not itchy and painless. It is not red like the blisters in other conditions. These blisters heal on their own provided the person maintains the right level of blood sugar.
