While flirting may be something totally enjoyable for the both the people involved, it can be highly frustrating when one of them gets ignored by the other. In most of the cases the girl is the one who faces this dilemma as the girls tend to be more emotional than the boys and when they get ignored for some or no reason, they may rave and rant about it.

There may be quite a few reasons for the boy ignoring the girl, he was initially flirting with. Sometimes the boys do not like to show that he likes a girl and that is why after flirting with her for some time, he may start ignoring her just so that she feels that the whole thing is not so important at all. It is also possible that the girl may have unknowingly given him the cold shoulder or may have hurt his feelings and hence, the boy may be doing the same. Whatever may be the reason, if after repeated tries the boy still does not show any interest or does not come around, it may be time to move on and forget about him. It is very much possible that it may be a casual habit with some guys to just flirt around with someone for some time and then move on and not look back.
