Relationship Of Alzheimers And Flu Vaccine

There is a lot of debate going on about the relationship of Alzheimer's and flu vaccine. And people believe that they should know the truth if they have to allow something to enter their bodies. Of course the health industry professes the there is no relationship of Alzheimer's and flu vaccine, but there are others who disagree.

During the manufacturing process of the flu vaccine, certain antibiotics are added so that any other bacteria are removed and it is only after this process that the flu vaccine is actually ready with all its additives and ingredients. One ingredient that is still being used as preservative in flu vaccine is Thimerosal. Thimerosal is a form of mercury that has been linked to brain injury and certain autoimmune diseases.

Now with all the research that is being done, it is coming out that if a person has five consecutive flu vaccines (that over a period of 5 years so to say), the chances of the person getting Alzheimer's disease increases ten times compared to when the person had no vaccine, one vaccine or two vaccines. Now that itself should show the relationship of Alzheimer's and flu vaccine but critics disagree.

This led to further research where in laboratory settings, normal brain tissue was exposed to low levels of mercury and the subsequent study found seven markers of Alzheimer's disease in the tissue.

Although flu vaccine is known to save thousands, if not millions, of lives each year, there is still an ongoing debate about the relationship of Alzheimer's and flu vaccine. Yes, mercury toxicity has been linked to Alzheimer's but whether you can get from taking flu vaccine is still a hotly debated topic. More research needs to be done in order to give plausible proof.
