Cataract is one of the common age related problems that can lead to blindness very quickly. Cataract is a condition in which the lens of the eyes becomes murky. It can be corrected through surgery and lens replacement.
Diabetic retinopathy is related to diabetes, and can cause blindness even in middle aged people. The only way to keep the condition under check is by keeping the diabetes under check.
