Getting fatigued after doing strenuous activities or exercise is normal and you will recover after some rest. However, there are some people who experience fatigue after eating along with muscle pain. What could be the reason for this as it is quite rare to have this type of problem.

This syndrome is debilitating in nature and is characterized by extreme fatigue, which does disappear even after a good night's sleep. There is no known cure for the disorder and the only treatment options available are meant to relieve the symptoms and get the person back on his feet. A person suffering from fatigue after eating with muscle pain has to take care to avoid all foods that bring on the tiredness. And, they will notice that invariably they are more tired when they consume large amounts of carbohydrates and sugar.
