Water Parks In Phoenix Arizona
Waterworld Safari was a popular park at Phoenix, Arizona. In the year 2008, this was purchased by an Australian company. The park again reopened the following year under the new management and came to be called as Wet 'n' Wild Phoenix. |
This water park occupies about 25-acres. The world’s first dueling water coaster ride was launched first in this park. It is known by the name Maximum Velocity. Racing enthusiasts can also take part in Riders "race". Some of the other famous rides include Serpentine Complex, Desert Racers, Mammoth Falls, Tornado, 6-lane mat racing slide, bowl ride, half pipe ride and funnel ride. Some of these are sure to send chills down your spine.
Guests who are not such great freaks of adventures and excitement can opt for a family raft ride or raging rivers rife. These are also quite thrilling but at a much toned down level.
People who do not want to opt for of thrill rides still have some options in the water park. You can just relax at the lazy river, cactus cooler or a large wave pool. Kids also have special games designed for them that include Boogie Board Beach containing small kiddies’ slides.
Children under two years are admitted free of cost. Children between three and eleven years or senior people who have crossed 60 years enjoy discounts. You can also visit the official website of this water park online and purchase tickets in advance.
Parking fees is extra and is not inclusive in the admission tickets. You can also purchase season passes in case you plan to frequently visit the park.
